Yara Eid

Yara Eid brings over a decade of experience in M&A, private equity, and project finance. Prior to joining Lightshift, she worked on the capital markets team at a solar and battery storage IPP, where she led valuations and supported fundraising and transaction execution. She also worked in EY’s Transaction Advisory Services group and held investment roles focused on international private equity transactions.
Yara holds a B.A. in Economics from the American University in Cairo and an M.A. in International Economics and Finance from Johns Hopkins SAIS.
