Ryan Miamis

Ryan is the Chief Financial Officer at Lightshift Energy, where he leads finance including capital sourcing, investment analysis, and financial operations. Ryan has over a decade of renewable energy project financing and M&A experience.

Prior to joining Lightshift, he held the role as Head of Finance for Enel North America, where he led over $6B of tax equity, project finance, and M&A, driving growth from 1 to 11GW of installed capacity in wind, solar, and energy storage while entering new markets and technologies. His experience spans the entire transaction lifecycle including financial modeling, origination, structuring, negotiation, and asset management. In addition to project finance, he was responsible for corporate finance, treasury, asset management, and insurance for Enel's business lines in the US and Canada. He holds an MA from Tufts University and a BS from Bentley University.
