Justin Waag

Justin brings over 15 years of experience in renewable energy operations, asset management, and portfolio performance to his role at Lightshift. He leads the Asset Management team, driving operational excellence and long-term value across large-scale storage projects.

Before joining Lightshift, Justin managed multi-gigawatt renewable portfolios, integrating technical, financial, and operational strategies to enhance performance and mitigate risk. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics from the University of Vermont.
