Clint Lloyd

As General Counsel at Lightshift Energy, Clint leverages deep experience financing, developing and constructing renewable energy assets to ensure that Lightshift can meet all of its obligations while exceeding its customers’ expectations. Clint previously served as chief legal officer and general counsel at Blue Ridge Power, LLC, assistant general counsel and vice president of legal and business affairs at Strata Clean Energy, LLC, and practiced as a corporate associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. He received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and his B.S.B.A from the UNC-Kenan Flagler Business School. Clint is an active proponent of the renewable energy industry in North Carolina and previously served on the board of the North Carolina Sustainable Energy Association.
